- Call Monitoring: this new product monitors Avaya system trunk groups.
Improvements
- Multisite Monitoring: created the “Monitoring summary” interface to show the status of the services being monitored in a simplified manner and to show the network’s problems more efficiently.
- Multisite Monitoring: improved the performance of the “Monitoring status” interface and redefined the layout and search filters.
- Business Metrics: added the option to show the device’s IP address in the NOC widgets.
Bug Fixes
- Multisite Monitoring: edited the plugin “SNMP – Network devices memory” configuration to allow the use of optional parameters.
